我們為了與客人分享,來自擁有豐富天然資源漁場的鮪魚與新鮮海味,運用我們專屬的超低溫冷鏈團隊,從捕撈到加工再到物流,將漁獲保持在最佳狀態,並透過主廚多年研發的獨特料理方式,讓客人體驗到不同海域養成的鮪魚,所帶來不同風味的呈現。
For customer to enjoy the best tuna and seafood from worldwide fishing ground, we use our own cold chain technology to preserve the sea-fresh flavor delivered onto customer’s dish. Adding our chefs’ unique cooking method, customer can enjoy tuna from various fishing ground in their own cuisine flavor, just like experience “Tuna Around the World”.

《順億》深知台灣人對美味的追求,因此除了用心提供最好的鮪魚生魚片,《順億》主廚及研發團隊多年來也精心測試各式各樣的鮪魚料理,盡心運用鮪魚的每個部位,讓客人體驗鮪魚的各種風味,同時,研發團隊也積極尋找來自台灣各地農、漁民的頂級食材,並精選在地各時令食材與鮪魚做結合,以台式、日式、美式、歐式等異國料理方式創造「世界的鮪魚吃法」、「順億人」獨有的鮪魚料理。
Soonyi Store has been presenting Tuna specialty for 13 years. Not only delivery the best tuna sashimi, but also utilize all parts of tuna to create different style of tuna dish for our customer. Our Chef team continue to find top and seasonal ingredient from local farm and sea ground and bringing worldwide seasoning to infuse into tuna cuisine. As a result, Soonyi brings you “Worldwide Taste of Tuna” where you can enjoy tuna in various way.

《順億》背負著「讓喜愛美食的人享受鮪魚最美好風味」的使命,創立了「The 順億」私廚料理,在多年來努力鑽研創新料理的基礎下,以最好的鮪魚、在地化的食材、多樣的料理方式,推廣只屬於「順億人」的獨特料理,期盼讓客人在「The 順億」用餐時能感到放鬆、享受,盡情與好友一起享用好酒、度過美好食光。
“The Soonyi” is a no-menu Chef Table with the mission: "Let people who love food enjoy the best flavor of tuna". With years of Soonyi experience, we want to bring customer the best tuna combined with local ingredient and various cooking method, and to enjoy “Tuna around the world” in a unique way. We want customers to enjoy great food and wine and relax with their friend and family inside “The Soonyi”.
